Adventure Day 46 – A Scenic Ride from Davis, IL to Onalaska, WI

Leaving Davis, IL

Day 46 of my adventure began in the quaint town of Davis, Illinois. The morning air was fresh, and my motorcycle was ready for another day of exploration. Instead of taking the interstate highways, I opted for the scenic route, eager to soak in the natural beauty of the countryside.

Through Endless Corn Fields

The ride was nothing short of spectacular. As I cruised along the backroads, I was surrounded by endless stretches of corn fields. The golden stalks swayed gently in the breeze, creating a mesmerizing pattern that seemed to go on forever. It was a peaceful and serene ride, with the sun shining brightly and not a hint of rain in sight.

Following the Mississippi River

As I continued my journey, I found myself following the majestic Mississippi River. The river's vast expanse and the lush greenery along its banks added to the scenic beauty of the ride. The winding roads offered stunning views, and I couldn't help but stop a few times to capture the picturesque landscapes with my camera.

Arrival in Onalaska, WI

After several hours of riding, I finally arrived in Onalaska, Wisconsin.
