My Last Day in Montreal: Reflections and Adventures

Day 32: A Rainy Start
July 6th marks my last full day in Montreal, and what a journey it's been! Today started with some rain, which gave me the perfect excuse to stay indoors and tackle some 'dad chores' around my daughter's apartment. You know the fix the running toilet, tidying up the place, and just making sure everything is in tip-top shape. It's my way of showing love and care, even when I'm not around.
Quality Time with My Daughter
After my daughter got home from work, we decided to make the most of my last day here. Despite the earlier rain, the weather cleared up just enough for us to take a leisurely stroll. Walking the streets of Montreal with her, I was reminded of why I love this city so much. The vibrant culture, the friendly people, and the beautiful architecture all contribute to its unique charm. We stopped by a few of our favorite spots, grabbed some delicious poutine, and even did a bit of window shopping.
Until Next Time, Montreal
As the day came to an end, I couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions. Saying goodbye is always hard, but I know I'll be back. This adventure has been filled with memorable moments, and I'm grateful for every single one of them. Montreal, you've been amazing, and I can't wait to see what our next visit holds. Until then, au revoir!
